Wholesale Terms & Conditions of Sale
Guarantee: Each order is guaranteed to be accurately filled and timely shipped. Contact us within 10 days of receipt of product for prompt satisfaction of any discrepancy. Your satisfaction is our
highest goal!
Minimum Order: We are waiving all minimum order requirements in consideration of the current market conditions. Some items are sold in preassorted groupings, but the vast majority are by the piece. Give us a call with any questions! First-time customers must open with a $200.00 minimum order. Reorders of less than $100.00 will be assessed a $5.00 handling charge.
Terms: Payment is accepted by net 30 (on approval of credit), Master Card or Visa. Net 30
payments due 30 days from invoice date. Past due
accounts charged 1.5% interest per month. Shipments
are not sent to past due accounts.
Shipping: Orders are shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise
requested. Customers are responsible for all shipping
and handling charges.
Back Orders: Backorders of less than $25.00 will not be shipped unless
notified otherwise.
Returns and Claims: Any discrepancies must be reported to Amati with 10 days of
receipt of shipment. Returns will be accepted only for defective or incorrectly sent merchandise. Otherwise
a 15% restocking charge will be charged to the customer. Retain all packing materials in which damaged merchandise
is received.
Returned Checks: Company checks are an acceptable form of payment subject to
the condition that checks returned unpaid by the bank to Amati shall be assessed $15.00 plus actual fees paid to any bank by
Amati for such checks. Checks are deposited on receipt.
