Wholesale Website FAQ
Q. How do I sign in to the Amati Wholesale Website?
A. Click on the Wholesale Sign In link and when prompted, enter your Amati Customer Number
and Password. Only existing Amati Wholesale customers can access the Wholesale Website.
Q. Where do I find my Customer Number and Password?
A. Your Customer Number can be found at the top of your last invoice underneath the Invoice
Number. If you do not know your password, please Contact Us and we
will give it to you.
Q. How do I find the products I am looking for on the Wholesale Website?
A.
Search Page - You can search directly for products by using their Item Numbers or their descriptions.
Click on the Search Products link, enter your search term and click on the Search button.
Product Lines Page - You can browse for product by category. Click on the Products
link and select a product line to browse.
Q. How do I increase the quantity of an item after I have added it to my shopping cart?
A. You can change the quantity of an item by clicking on View Cart. Then enter the new quantity for the item and press
the Update button. Another way is click on the Add to Cart button for that item multiple times until the proper quantity is displayed
in your shopping cart.
Q. How do I view and change my account information?
A. You can view your account information when you are logged in by clicking on Account Status. For security reasons
your account information cannot be changed using this site. Please call us at 1-800-338-7871 if you need to change your information such as contact info, payment terms, etc.
